It is also followed by heat treatment. Heat treatment is a very critical process. This process will enable the GCr15 stainless steel sphere to obtain a more suitable internal structure with a certain hardness to ensure that it has a certain strength and wear resistance.

 

The subsequent hard-grinding step can further eliminate the dimensional error of the GCr15 stainless steel ball, reduce the dimensional deformation, make it meet the technical requirements, and can improve the mechanical properties.
